Exceptionally clean hotel with an attentive and excellent staff and a superb breakfast. Pretty nice bedroom. Picturesque views of the sunset all around. Perfect and comfortable location on what to do in area, easy to get anywhere. Besides, excellent for visiting Saint Mary's Cathedral. Excellent service throughout the venue.

Stayed for 3 nights in this good small place, liked that. Stayed in airy queen room with toiletries, a comfy bed, as example. The staff has always been friendly attentive and very attentive, and the facilities were extremely clean. We had the most really lovely few days there.

Overall had excellent stay for 2 nights in the same room as last time. Everyone was amicable and excellent as well as host. Liked spotless and practical king room with a comfy bed, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Its location to the local transport network was good and absolutely perfect.
Views appeared to be not very nice.

The accommodation was brilliant with really good staff. Rich and incredible breakfast with veggie options for the start of the day. Very central location on what to do in area. And so close to the garden, the train station, bus stops, the sea front and the town centre where there are numerous shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways, and the centre.

The staff are really helpful and the room was a nice size for children in the wardrobe. The hotel is situated in the central location on what to do in area. And it's very close to the rail station and other transport, sea front and train station, seafront, shops.

All in all everything was really good, had a lovely stay for a lovely weekend. The room was brand-new and well presented and offered a shampoo and conditioner, so that guests had essentials. It was good to have bottled drinks in the honesty bar.

Certainly an excellent experience for a wedding celebration in Lytham St Annes. Luxurious, small property. Lots of options for breakfast in the bar. Extremely clean facilities in general, particularly good and perfect location in the Fylde coast. Also - near to the local transport network, the garden and the rail station and other transport which is excellent.

The beds are comfy, and the breakfast is sensational. We appreciated having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a clothes rack and a radio in room which was very clean. The well presented hotel met required needs perfectly. If you want to eat nearby, try Wigglesworths Coffee Shop, which is situated 200 m away. Good choice for trip in Lytham St Annes.
